Budget = Bud, get more dinero

It’s the FOURTH already, and I am still working on the budget. We have a couple people making payments on house loans, but only when they feel like it! I would sell the contracts but what’s to stop the buyer from raising interest rates on them? Every time I contemplate it, payments appear. It’s like magic!
