I ran across this not-so-recent ad not for mushrooms, but for information so you can raise mushrooms in your spare time.
This ad came out before zip codes! Back then even $8 a week was nice mad money.
Ads like this are no longer worth doing, just look on youtube… Apparently the catch is dealing with chefs, not necessarily unpleasant but time is money. I am thinking of learning about the growing/selection of mushrooms just to put in recipes here at home. I’m hungry.
