Mister Tree Head TREE ART

Our neighbor has a face on their tree, “TREE ART” if you will, I can’t tell what it’s made of from the street though. I think they would like to commercialize it… But “Mister Tree Head” doesn’t roll off the tongue like “Mister Potato Head”. Not enough syllables?

It has been there for years, but I forget about it. There is usually a van or SUV parked in the way.
