I was out walking the dog earlier, found this (citation?) from the Marysville police, but the original details have faded.
I was thinking of filling it in with the details of Teresa’s CRV, and putting it under the wiper. From a distance, or even up close for a moment, something like this could cause alarm.
Fortunately practical jokes aren’t my thing, she might be inclined to yank that wiper off and beat me over the head with it. Not to mention the possibility of a passing patrol car investigating the situation.
