Honda’s super secret radio code
So I had an old shade-tree mechanic replace the starter in my 2015 CRV, which involved disconnecting the battery for a time. Unfortunately, I can’t find the manual, which ostensibly has the radio security code within.

I searched high and low, finally went to the dealership to have it reset. A helpful lady there reset it with some sort of bluetooth device, but she says Honda now lets you reset it by pressing the radio’s power button for two seconds. She could have just told me to try that and went about her business, but where is the job security in that?
I never did get the code itself, but now the radio works. So dumb… Who would steal a run of the mill stock radio?
