In this time of high inflation, (Especially at the grocery store, it seems) – We need to economize. Instead of name brand soda, Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper – Try Bob’s Cola, and don’t ask questions.
When I was a young un, pop was a rarity at our house. We had Kool-aid, or sometimes Wyler’s (Remember Goofy Grape? Chinese Cherry? Injun Orange? LOL those racist bastards. Then my kids had Kool-Aid sometimes.
Teresa sent in proof of purchase points or whatever, and forgot, a few months later the UPS guy dragged a HUGE box up the driveway. Turned out we won a basketball hoop with the Kool-Aid man on the backboard! Unfortunately, later a neighborhood hooligan managed to break the backboard. This is why we can’t have nice things.
