It’s 1958 and “The Fly” is playing at the Crest. Me, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the movie. Too busy trying to figure out a way to prove that “It can’t happen”, thus earning a $100 reward and making enemies of horror movie fans everywhere.

But how would I prove that a “matter transporter” won’t be invented, and that a fly won’t fly in and disrupt the process? There are a lot of ways a transporter beam can malfunction, just ask Scotty.
