Hostess from the hostess. SAD

It only now occurred to me that Hostess snack cakes were aimed at people entertaining visitors. Have you ever visited friends and been graciously served Hostess Cup Cakes, or Little Debbie products?

This is the boxed wine and Hi-hos and cheese crowd. Can you imagine how they will gossip about the poor woman they “busted in” on? Of course, they will do that no matter what. But still. Hostess cupcakes? Really? Ethyl has the diabetes, and Agnes still hasn’t come down from the sugar high.
