Don’t Starve, Eat at Ed’s!!

I have to wonder about the economic realities of the town where Ed’s restaurant existed. On one hand, the customer has the choice of eating at Ed’s… or starving.

On the other hand, a serious labor shortage. You could work at Ed’s and earn BIG. No resume needed- just fill out the little coupon on the inside and hand it to the Maitre D. Ed says, “See, it didn’t even cost you a stamp so you’re making money already.”

Uh, I don’t think it works like that, Ed.
