Barney’s Lake Tahoe

I plucked out this Barney’s Casino matchbook just because I liked the colors and design. I knew nothing about the casino owner who got in his Cadillac one fine morning and was blown to bits. Or the safe found behind sheetrock in the building after Barney’s became Bill’s Casino years later, and the building was being prepared for demolition.

Oprah somehow got involved, she has the rights to reveal the contents of the safe, and she’s not saying, saving it for her TV show. They did open it for the sheriff but there was nothing relevant to the assassination investigation in there. For more read the article I found at CarsonNow.org
