Johnny P wants your vote!

One reason book matches were so useful (back when everybody smoked) you could use them to advertise almost anything, and plenty of copy room.

Case in point, Johnny Pelletier, running for 2nd district supervisor, whatever that entails. He had lots of room inside to tout his qualifications, saving the front for his picture, with the endearing caption, “Here’s Johnny”.

I probably would have voted for him, despite the fact that he looked kind of like Joe Isuzu.
