Band Box Blues

I reckon one small reason that Joe and Cory’s Band Box isn’t around; the phone number on the saddle has an exchange of Nu… OR is it Na? I can’t tell. I suppose that the people in the area had the same exchange anyway.

When I was a kid we had an exchange of EMerson 5… but that is 20 or 30 miles from the vast majority of people with that prefix. And we are all so old no one remembers why.

Joe and Cory’s met the saddest of fates; it’s a parking lot now.
